ferza Connect

Connect your store accounts to Ferza

Ferza is an AI assistant for online sellers. With the seller's permission it reads and updates their store data (products, inventory, orders, fulfillment, marketing) so they can run their business by chat.

ferza Connect is the service that holds those connections. When a seller connects an account (for example Shopify, Printful, Klaviyo or Google) from inside Ferza, they sign in on that provider's own page and approve access. ferza Connect keeps the resulting access token encrypted and uses it only to answer that seller's own requests in Ferza.

How it works

• You start the connection from inside Ferza. You sign in on the provider's own website, never on ours.
• Reading data happens when you ask Ferza a question.
• Ferza changes your account only when you ask it to in the chat. Anything that moves money or cannot be undone, like a refund, a delete or an email to your list, waits until you say yes in the chat.
• You can disconnect any account at any time. Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens and asks the provider to revoke them where it allows that.
