ferza Connect

Privacy policy

This policy covers ferza Connect (connect.ferza.ai), the service that connects a seller's accounts at other providers to Ferza (www.ferza.ai). Ferza is offered by Everbee LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive #4000, Austin, TX 78731, United States. In this policy "we" means the people who run Ferza and ferza Connect.

What we collect

• Access tokens. When you connect an account, the provider gives us an access token and sometimes a refresh token. We store them so Ferza can act for you.
• Basic account facts. The id and name the provider returns for the account you connected (for example your shop domain or account id), so we know which account a request is for.
• Store data you ask about. When you ask Ferza something, we fetch the data needed to answer (for example products, orders, inventory, customers or campaigns) from the provider and pass it to Ferza. We do not keep a copy of that data in ferza Connect after the request is answered.
• Request logs. One line per request: the path, the status, the time it took, the provider and a short connection id. Logs never contain tokens, passwords, codes or the content of your store data.

How we use it

• Only to do what you ask Ferza to do with the account you connected.
• A change to your account (for example a price, stock level or new product) happens only when you ask Ferza for it. Refunds, deletes, sends to a list and anything else that moves money or cannot be undone wait for your yes in the chat.
• Ferza is an AI assistant, so the data needed to answer your request is processed by the AI model that writes Ferza's reply. ferza Connect itself does not train AI models on data from connected accounts.
• We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
• Data from one seller's account is only ever used for that seller.

How we protect it

• Tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, each one bound to its own connection.
• All traffic uses HTTPS (TLS).
• Access to a connection is limited to the seller who connected it.

Sharing

We share data only with the provider you connected (to make the request you asked for) and with Ferza (to show you the answer). We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting data

• Tokens are kept while the connection is active.
• You can disconnect any account at any time from Ferza. Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens and asks the provider to revoke them where the provider allows that. You can also remove our access from the provider's own settings page.

Google user data

If you connect a Google account, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to provide the features you ask for in Ferza, we do not transfer it except as described above, we do not use it for advertising, and people do not read it unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.

TikTok user data

If you connect a TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit, we read only what you approve on TikTok's screen: your basic profile (open id, display name, avatar), your profile details (username, bio, profile link, verified badge), your account stats (followers, following, likes, video count) and your public videos with their view, like, comment and share counts. It is read only when you ask Ferza about your TikTok account, it is used only to answer you, and we never post, edit or delete anything on TikTok. You can disconnect in Ferza or remove Ferza from Manage app permissions in the TikTok app at any time.

Children

ferza and ferza Connect are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
