These terms cover ferza Connect (connect.ferza.ai), the service that connects your accounts at other providers to Ferza (www.ferza.ai), offered by Everbee LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive #4000, Austin, TX 78731, United States. By connecting an account you agree to them.

What the service does

ferza Connect lets Ferza read and update data in accounts you connect (for example your store, email marketing, accounting or design accounts). Reads and changes happen when you ask for them in Ferza. Anything that moves money or cannot be undone waits until you say yes in the chat.

Your account and your data

• You must be allowed to connect the account you connect.
• Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
• You are responsible for the changes you ask Ferza to make. Read what Ferza says it will do before you say yes.
• You also remain bound by each provider's own terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to break a provider's rules, to access accounts that are not yours, or to disrupt the service.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect any account at any time. We may suspend a connection that is misused or that a provider asks us to end.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. Providers can change or stop their APIs, so a connection may stop working until you reconnect. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for changes you asked for.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
